Disc Repair — $1.99/disc
Hollywood Express can repair scratches on CDs, DVDs, video game discs and computer CD-ROMs. Surface scratches can cause playback errors... our repair service can restore your discs to like-new condition.
Duplication & Conversion
Hollywood Express can duplicate and convert your personal videos, for archival purposes, or for distribution to family and friends. Please note that we absolutely cannot, under any circumstances, duplicate copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder.
Duplication: $10.00/copy (plus media cost)
NTSC/PAL Conversion: $25.00 (plus media cost)
Tape-to-DVD Transfer: $19.95 up to 2 hours
Equipment Repair
Hollywood Express does not repair equipment in-house. However, we contract with a reputable repair facility, and act as a transfer point. There is a $30.00 diagnostic charge for all equipment brought in for repair, which is applied to the final bill, if the customer chooses to proceed with service.
Special Orders
If you'd like to purchase a title that Hollywood Express doesn't carry in stock, simply ask any of our managers. We'll gladly order any title currently available in print for you, with no additional service charges.
Store-to-Store Transfers
We transfer items daily among our three locations. If what you want isn't in the most convenient location for you, we can have it there within a day. Get more information here.
