Rental Rates
All rented items must be returned before closing time of the due date listed on the store receipt. Prices shown are subject to 5% MA sales tax.

Membership
Hollywood Express has two membership options:

1. Credit
Approved credit in the form of a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Good for up to six rentals at a time.

2. Cash Deposit
Without credit, a cash deposit is required at the time of enrollment. A $25 deposit is good for one rental, $50 for two rentals, etc., up to a maximum deposit of $150.

All new members must provide some form of photo identification, and a current local address and phone number. Memberships are good at all Hollywood Express locations.

Return Policy
Rented items may be returned at any of our locations. All rentals are due before closing on the due date (shown on the store receipt). Any rentals returned after the due date are subject to a daily late fee. Rented items not returned after 30 days are considered lost or stolen. Hollywood Express reserves the right to charge to the customer's account all accrued late fees, plus the replacement cost of all items not returned or returned damaged.

Drop Boxes
Each of our locations has both an inside and an outside drop box. Rented items may be returned in the drop boxes 24 hours a day (during business hours for inside drop boxes), but they must be returned before closing time of the due date indicated on all store receipts to avoid late charges.

Reservations
Hollywood Express accepts same-day reservations on New Release titles Sunday through Thursday, and on catalog titles seven days a week. If the title you want is in the store when you call, we will gladly hold it for you at the front counter for up to 6 hours.
